Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Wildpack website, the sign in, the launch form and every launch paid for through it. By using the site you accept them.

2. What Wildpack is

Wildpack provides a card-linked token launch form exclusively through Pons on Robinhood Chain. You select a card printing, name, symbol, supported trading asset and permitted creator-tax rate. Your wallet signs and pays for the launch. The card association is a Wildpack directory record, not a card trading pair on Pons. Wildpack does not make an automatic purchase of the token or host trading.

3. Your wallet

Connecting a wallet is separate from approving a launch. Wildpack never asks for, stores or displays a private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for checking the recipient, fee allocation and transaction before approving it.

4. Card-linked tokens and launcher rewards

A coin launched through Wildpack references one catalogued trading card. Holding or buying the token does not convey ownership of a card, its cash value or a redemption claim. A separate fee-funded card reward is available to the original launcher under the conditions below.

When the creator fees collected by Wildpack from your token cover the confirmed purchase and delivery cost, you—as the original launcher—qualify for the selected physical card, subject to availability. Only creator fees attributable to that token and actually collected by Wildpack count. Provider fees, launch charges, gas, trading volume and market cap do not count. The selected printing, condition, availability and purchase and delivery cost must be confirmed; a catalogue price is not a fixed quote. There is no guarantee that a token will generate sufficient fees or that a particular card will remain available.

A physical card is the standard reward. A digital alternative is offered only if an official, transferable digital collectible for the selected card is verified and available; no digital options are currently verified on this site. A card image is not an official NFT. The reward must be arranged with Wildpack after the original launching wallet and collected fees are verified. It is not an automated or on-chain redemption, and no delivery date is promised before confirmation. See card-reward details.

5. The launch fee

• The current Pons launch fee is read from its factory and shown before signing. Network gas is additional.
• Launch fees and protocol fees belong to the provider under its rules; they are not the creator-revenue allocation described below.
• A reverted transaction can still incur network gas. Wildpack does not promise reimbursement of provider or network charges.

6. Creator-fee allocation

New launches through the current Pons integration allocate 100% of creator revenue, including optional creator tax, to the Wildpack operator. The launcher receives 0% of creator fees. This does not impose a 100% trading tax: the chosen tax rate remains subject to Pons' limits. Pons' protocol fees and network gas are not redirected.

The Robinhood Chain recipient is 0xc60df3fd5ed91075a1d1a8e3a608c1923e4e7804The recipient cannot be edited in this launch form. The launcher must acknowledge this allocation before signing. Buybacks are disabled at creation. Fees accrue in Pons escrow in the pairing asset and require claiming; this site does not automatically withdraw or convert them.

This setting is applied at creation, not guaranteed immutable on chain. Pons' creator controls and takeover rules still apply. Existing tokens are not modified. Creator fees remain allocated to Wildpack; an eligible launcher's card reward is separate from a direct fee payment. No escrowed card reserve or automated purchasing or delivery system is provided.

7. Risks you accept

• Tokens are highly volatile and can lose their entire value.
• Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by Wildpack.
• Pons, Robinhood Chain and market data sources can be slow or unavailable.
• Anyone can pair another coin to the same card.

8. Publishers and card images

Card artwork and brand marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use the selected artwork. Card rewards are arranged by Wildpack under the conditions above, not by the game publishers.

9. Takedown process

Write to runnexadam2545@gmail.com with the page address and a short description of your rights. Removing a website listing does not remove a token or transaction from its blockchain.

10. Your responsibilities

You are of legal age where you live, you do not launch unlawful coins, and you do not attack or scrape the site beyond normal use.

11. Availability and changes

The site is provided as is. Tokens already launched remain on their blockchain regardless of this website's availability.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wildpack is not liable for third-party launchpads, wallets, blockchain networks, price movements, stale data, or transactions you approved. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected.
